What the Service Provides

The pages point toward Blaine County and Idaho resources, including the BCSO roster, recent booking feed, public-record forms, court search, IDOC search, city records, and federal locators. The service stores no official custody roster, booking photo collection, arrest file, or court database. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, file a court document, or change a government record.

Links to the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, Blaine County Detention Center, city agencies, courts, IDOC, news outlets, and other providers are offered as navigation references. A linked provider controls its own content, data handling, fees, and uptime.

Acceptable Use

Use the pages only for lawful, respectful, personal or informational purposes. You agree not to:

• break a law or help another person break one;
• stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or target a person;
• use records for hiring, firing, housing, lending, credit, insurance, or another prohibited decision;
• attempt unauthorized access, probe security, or interfere with another user;
• run bots, scrapers, or automated requests that burden the pages or a linked service;
• upload malicious code or disrupt normal operation.

These limits apply to the service and do not replace the rules of an outside government portal or search provider.

FCRA Restriction

This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, or background-check products, and neither the service nor its advertising partners provides screening services. Information on these pages and in linked tools must not be used for any FCRA-covered purpose, including:

• hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions;
• tenant, housing, or lease decisions;
• credit, lending, or insurance decisions;
• licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility;
• any other purpose governed by FCRA restrictions.

Outside Links and Tools

The pages link to jail rosters, booking feeds, sheriff and corrections resources, court portals, news pages, federal locators, and private search tools. A link is not an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee. Outside providers may change a URL, require payment, collect query data, limit access, or publish information that is incomplete. Review an outside provider’s terms and privacy notice before using it.

No Warranties

The service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made about:

• accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose;
• uninterrupted access or continued availability;
• absence of bugs, errors, harmful code, or security weaknesses;
• the completeness or freshness of a partner’s search results.

Custody statuses, court records, addresses, agency contacts, and outside links can change without notice. Nothing on these pages is an official statement from the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Idaho law, Blaine County Busted Mugshots and its owners, operators, contractors, partners, and advertisers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages arising from access to or use of the pages, a search query, a linked site, a delay, an outage, or reliance on information.

Your Indemnity Promise

You agree to defend and hold harmless Blaine County Busted Mugshots and its owners, operators, contractors, partners, and advertisers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the pages, violation of these terms, misuse of information, or violation of another person’s rights.

Ownership and Permission

Unless identified otherwise, page text, layout, graphics, marks, logos, and code belong to Blaine County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. No one may copy, republish, distribute, alter, sell, or create a derivative work from protected material without written permission, except where law allows. Government source content remains subject to the government office’s own rights and rules.

Updates to These Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. A new version becomes effective when posted. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply. Check the page before using a search widget or relying on a linked resource.

Access May End

Access may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including abuse, security concerns, a legal requirement, or a violation of these terms. A restriction may apply to a person, device, network, query, or linked function.

Idaho Governs

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court located in Idaho, unless applicable law requires another forum.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds a provision invalid or unenforceable, it will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it valid when possible. The remaining provisions continue in effect.
