Blaine County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service. It is not affiliated with the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, the Blaine County Detention Center, Idaho courts, IDOC, or a federal agency. Review an outside provider’s notice before submitting information through that provider.
Information That May Be Collected
Search terms entered into the public-record widget, including a first name, last name, and state choice, pass to the third-party search provider that powers the form. The provider may record the query, device details, referral data, and its own transaction or interaction data under its terms.
A message sent through an available contact channel may include the sender’s name, email address, message content, and any details the sender chooses to include. Automatic technical data can include an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, referring page, time of access, and error information.
Cookies and Similar Tools
This service or its partners may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, or similar tools to keep a page working, measure traffic, remember preferences, prevent abuse, or show and measure advertising. Browser controls can limit cookies, but some features may not work as expected after a setting is changed.
A government roster, court portal, news outlet, or search partner linked from these pages may set its own cookies. Those tools are outside this notice and should be reviewed separately.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to operate and secure the pages, answer messages, understand traffic, troubleshoot errors, measure referrals, improve content, and provide or measure partner advertising. Search queries are handled by the third-party provider rather than stored as an official Blaine County record here.
Messages may be retained long enough to answer a question, prevent abuse, keep business records, or comply with a legal duty. Do not send sensitive case details unless the receiving office’s own instructions call for them.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Information may be available to search partners, hosting or technology providers, analytics services, advertising networks, security vendors, and contractors that help operate the service. A provider may process data under its own notice. Information may also be disclosed to law enforcement or another authority when required by a valid legal order, subpoena, or other lawful process, or when needed to protect rights and safety.
Outbound links go to county, city, state, federal, court, news, and private pages. A visit to one of those destinations creates a direct relationship with that destination, not with this service.
Security and Retention
Reasonable administrative and technical measures may be used to protect information, but no online transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Retention depends on the purpose, the provider, legal needs, dispute handling, and operational records. Third-party providers set their own retention periods.
The service does not control the retention of a query sent to a search partner or a public record stored by a government office. Contact the relevant provider or agency for those records.
Children and User Choices
The pages are not directed to children under 18, and children should not submit personal information. Depending on applicable law, a person may ask to access, correct, delete, or limit use of personal information held by the service. Verification may be required, and a request may not reach data held by BCSO, a city, a court, IDOC, a news outlet, or a search provider.
To ask about a message or site-held information, use the Contact Us page. To control cookies, use browser settings or a partner’s own controls.

This notice may be revised when the service, partners, laws, or data practices change. The revised version takes effect when posted. The date of the latest revision should be checked on the page before relying on it.
